FREE FORECLOSURE BUS TOURS (Monthly)

What is a Foreclosure Tour?

Once every month we will rent a bus and tour 15-20 of the best foreclosure deals in the St. Mary's and Calvert County Areas. This is a good way to view what investments are on the market.

When and where is it held?

We meet here at the Residential Plus Real Estate Services in Hollywood, MD on a Saturday morning at 9:30 AM for coffee and doughnuts and a briefing on todays market conditions from Tim Murphy at C&F Mortgage. From there we get on the bus at 10:00 AM and view 15-20 properties. Lastly, we return to Residential Plus Real Estate Services for a snack and a discussion on the properties we viewed on the tour.
