Team Background
As the founder of "The Rick McNabb Team", Rick was a multiple award winning REALTOR who was ranked #1 in the Southern Maryland area. He came into the real estate industry in early 2003 as Rookie of the Year and soon became so busy with business he had to expand and hire a team. From there Rick and the team earned a minimum of a Gold Award from SMAR every year until he passed away late 2010. Today the team still operates their successful Real Estate business utilizing the same principles and beliefs as "The Rick McNabb Team", and are currently known as "Southern Maryland's HOME Team".

Mark Frisco
Since Rick's Passing, Mark has stepped up as Head of "Southern Maryland's HOME Team" ensuring that the team carries on what Rick had started. Rick was Mark's mentor teaching him all of his trade secrets and strategies. Mark is in charge of overseeing every transaction that the team closes. Mark's expertise is mainly in buyer agency. His negotiation strategies and methods are unlike other realtors in the area and tend to have excellent results for his buyers. He makes sure that each and every one of his clients feels that they have gotten a good deal on their home and have a pleasant experience whether they are buying their first home, stepping up, or down-sizing.
Christina Fischer
Christina began in the Real Estate industry in 2004 and was Rookie of the year her first year. She later became a new agent mentor and training class teacher at Long & Foster Real Estate, her brokerage at the time. She joined with "The Rick McNabb Team" in 2010 and acts primarily as the "Listing Agent" working with sellers.
